BOZDAG TAEKWONDO IS YOUR PARTNER IN PARENTING
At Bozdag Taekwondo we like to make learning fun and exciting for all our members especially for our under 7-year-old children. The main aim of this class is to help children develop self-confidence, self-awareness, coordination, balance, flexibility, and core strength. All these areas are focused on with the introduction to very basic Taekwondo concept. Sessions in this group last 1- hour to ensure children learn in an effective manner without losing focus and concentration. Once we see children developing have self-confidence we offer level two little tiger which are also a 1- hour session. The level one child takes part with a parent at level two parents don't take part.

As a part of the Bozdag Tae Kwon-Do team, you will learn that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Learning self-defense with peers is a fun and exciting way to exercise the body and the mind.
One of the key ingredients to overcoming negative peer pressure is self-discipline. At Bozdag Tae Kwon-Do School we direct our students' energies into positive actions which assist in making the right decisions in life.

Taekwondo improves coordination and performance in other sports and activities. Our self-defense programs help students not only protect themselves, but also develop better judgment and awareness to avoid conflict.
